We are not a crisis service or a clinical therapy provider. Clients must be emotionally and psychologically stable enough to engage in group or coaching-based settings.

  • If the client is experiencing active suicidal ideation, recent hospitalization for mental health, significant self-harm risk, or current involvement in legal/family violence proceedings, we recommend referring them to a clinical mental health service or crisis provider first.

That said, we welcome future referrals once the client is stabilized. We're happy to collaborate with you on timing or readiness.

Our goal is to complement—not replace—your existing support.

  • No. We do not provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, or prescriptions.
We offer coaching, trauma-informed facilitation, and emotional wellbeing programs that are holistic and experiential in nature.

We often work alongside GPs, psychologists, social workers, and case managers as part of a broader support network.

  • Some of our services are funded (e.g., through NDIS or pilot programs). Others are fee-for-service, with sliding scale options or payment plans. Most of our community programs are free.

We discuss this transparently with each client during intake and never turn someone away based on financial hardship alone.
