Learn, Move, and Connect.
Workshops, public talks, and community activities beyond the circle.
While our regular gatherings offer consistent peer support, our events and workshops are designed for specific learning, physical activity, or broader community connection. Whether it is a deep dive into emotional literacy, a community fundraiser, or an informal walk in nature, this is where you will find opportunities to engage with The Men Spirit in different ways.
Throughout the year, we host a variety of workshops and community gatherings designed to build practical skills and foster connection.
Types of events we run include:
Skill-Building Workshops: Deep dives into emotional regulation, navigating grief, and improving communication.
Community Events: Public guest speaker nights, fundraisers, and open social gatherings for friends and family.
Nature Events: Informal, ad-hoc walks and outdoor activities designed for low-barrier, shoulder-to-shoulder connection.
