Find Your Circle. Find Your People
Safe, structured spaces for men to connect, share, and grow without judgment.
At The Men Spirit, we believe that connection is the foundation of wellbeing. Our gatherings are not about fixing you, diagnosing you, or telling you how to live. They are about creating a space where you can drop the mask, speak honestly about what you are carrying, and realize you are not alone.
Whether you join us online or face-to-face, you will find a group of men committed to listening, learning, and supporting one another.
What to Expect
Stepping into a men's circle for the first time can feel daunting. We want you to know exactly what you are walking into.
A circle is a structured, facilitated conversation. We sit together — virtually or in person — and take turns sharing what is real for us right now. There is no pressure to speak until you are ready, and there is no expectation to have all the answers.
Our Agreements:
Confidentiality: What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.
No Fixing: We listen to understand, not to offer unsolicited advice or solve each other's problems.
Respect: We honor every man's lived experience, regardless of background or belief.
Safety: Our spaces are trauma-informed and guided by trained facilitators.
Face-to-Face Gatherings
For men seeking in-person connection, our face-to-face gatherings provide a grounded, physical space to sit shoulder-to-shoulder with other men. Like our online spaces, these circles are strictly capped at 8 participants to ensure everyone has the time and space to be heard.
