Megan Corcoran
Megan Corcoran is a trauma-informed wellbeing consultant, writer, and the Founder and Director of Wagtail Institute. With nearly two decades of experience across education and complex community systems, Megan specialises in strengthening culture, practice, and staff wellbeing in environments shaped by trauma and chronic stress.
Holding a Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology with a focus on trauma, wellbeing, and belonging, Megan understands the mechanics of how people heal and connect. She is also the host of the Wag Tales podcast, where she facilitates conversations on trauma and healing with practitioners, researchers, and lived-experience voices globally. On the advisory board, Megan provides critical oversight on our trauma-informed frameworks, ensuring that The Men Spirit remains a genuinely safe and supportive environment for every man who walks through our doors.
