Zinny Hunt
Zinny Hunt is a Social Impact Fellow, systems-change specialist, and the founder of Hunt for Change. Their work is driven by a deep commitment to turning lived experience into lived expertise, ensuring that systemic solutions are designed by those who actually navigate them.
Having faced significant adversity throughout their life—including navigating complex health, education, and social service systems—Zinny brings a highly personal understanding to their work. They know where the systemic gaps are because they have stood on both sides of them. Today, Zinny holds multiple advisory and chair roles across the mental health and youth sectors, including with the Black Dog Institute and the Education Equity Alliance, focusing on authentic engagement and intergenerationally-led solutions. On the advisory board, Zinny ensures that The Men Spirit’s strategies are anchored in the realities of lived experience, helping us build systems that truly support the people who need them most.
